Email verification

After registration by email you receive a verification message.

What to do

1. Open the link in the email — it leads to the verify-email page
2. Or open Verify email from the banner on the Dashboard if your email is not confirmed yet
3. Request a new email from that page if the previous link expired

Until the email is confirmed, a reminder banner may stay on the Dashboard.

Why it matters

A verified email unlocks account recovery and lets us send useful transactional messages — for example a reminder to finish a test you started and left with answers saved. See Come back to an unfinished test. Product news digests are separate and only if you opted in.
