We respect your privacy and process personal data only as needed to operate the KeepSkill platform.

What data we collect

• Account data: email, first name, last name.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details, cookies, service activity logs.
• Learning data: test results, progress, and completion time.

Why we use your data

• To register users, authenticate accounts, and protect security.
• To provide core platform functionality and save progress.
• To improve service quality and fix issues (including error monitoring).
• To communicate with you about your account and service operation (transactional email). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.

Legal bases for processing

We process data based on:

• performance of our agreement with you;
• your consent (when required by law);
• our legitimate interests (security, reliability, product development).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• authentication and session management;
• storing language and user preferences;
• remembering your cookie-consent choice.

We may use error-monitoring tools (for example Sentry) that process technical data to diagnose failures. Analytics scripts load only after that consent; you can refuse non-essential cookies. We do not use marketing cookies by default.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from your profile. We email a confirmation link. After you confirm, the account is blocked and personal data is kept for 30 more days — you can restore the account via the link in the email during that period. After that, data is permanently deleted. You can also email support@keepskill.pro.
